Visiting the website
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). With every visit Vercel processes technically necessary data: IP address, time, the page requested, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the page and protect it against misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel acts on our behalf.
Contact form and email
When you write to us through the form or by email, we process what you give us (name, email address, company, website, the service you want, message) to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. What you enter in the form reaches us as an email; for this we use the service Resend (Resend Inc., USA), which acts on our behalf. You are not obliged to give us data; without it we cannot answer your enquiry.
How long we keep data
We delete enquiries once they have been dealt with and no order results from them. If an order results, we keep the documents for as long as the statutory periods for business and tax records require.
No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media services. Fonts and images are served from our own server, not from third parties. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Storage in your browser
So that you stay at the same place on the page when you switch language, your browser briefly remembers that place in its session storage. The entry never leaves your device, holds nothing about you and disappears when you close the tab. This is technically necessary and needs no consent.
Recipients and transfer to the USA
Your data reaches only us and the service providers named above, Vercel and Resend. Both are based in the USA. The transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where needed, on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data and do not pass it on for advertising.
Links to other websites
In the work section we link to our clients' websites. When you open them, the privacy policy of that site's operator applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest and withdraw a consent at any time. Write to info@elevatescale.io. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in Cyprus the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Nicosia.
No automated decisions
We make no decisions based solely on automated processing and create no profiles.

When something about the website changes, for example a new service, we update this policy. The version shown here applies.
